Sheet masks should be treated as an extension of your current skin care routine, and they’re a great way to give your face a little extra TLC. From drugstores to beauty counters, you can find them everywhere. But with so many options, it can be hard to determine which sheet mask you should use.

Hada Labo Premium Hydro Gel Mask $5.50 (per piece) – The hydrogel material used in the mask works with the body’s natural temperature to boost the absorption of the active ingredients. A high concentration of six types of Hyaluronic Acid helps to hydrate the deeper layers of the skin, while Vitamin C and E inhibit free radical and repair cell damage caused by oxidation. Facial masks not just plump up your skin and make it glow, it also gives you a few precious minutes of “me-time” when you can just switch off and unplug. If you want to ‘mask’ daily, just be sure to alternate between different types of masks so you dont overwhelm your skin with too much of one ingredient.
Sheet mask pro tip! After you cleanse (I would recommend exfoliating your skin before using a mask) and before you lay on the sheet mask, apply a serum or two first and then place the mask over it. This will help the nutrients of the mask better absorb into the skin!
