The Connoisseur Concerto brings a twist to the conventional mooncakes with six new novelty snowskin flavours.

Matcha Sake This new flavour combines aromatic, premium matcha with fragrant sake to delight your taste buds, while their other new flavour Pomelo Dry Gin  is like a refreshing drink on a warm summer’s day, with its citrusy notes of sweet pink pomelo blended together with Tanqueray® gin made is the perfect pick-me-up!

If Whisky is more your cup of tea, you are going to absolutely love their new Osmanthus with Single Malt Whisky with its sweet scent of osmanthus blossoms punctuated with a shot of single malt whisky truffle that is enclosed in a thin coating of white chocolate. A definite crowd pleaser and my favourite flavour, has to be their Baileys® Amore with its smooth Baileys® truffle wrapped in a seductive coffee blend. The combination of coffee paste together with the Baileys heart enclosed within white chocolate is truly a delight. These little bite sized snow skins are delicious as they are beautiful!

If alcohol is not your cup of tea, TCC has also created a range of delicious and totally Instagram worthy Non Alcoholic Mini Snow skin mooncakes that will have you asking for more.

Their new Sweet Potato Chia Seed with its purple sweet potato base blended together with just the right amount of ginger for a bit of zing and chia seeds for its super food benefits, is a healthy and delicious option for the health conscious. Their new Strawberry Rose Truffle is a delightful and fresh, fruity concoction of strawberries  with white chocolate truffle flavoured with rose, so far, my absolute favourite of this range! Another new flavour, their Kuro Goma with its intense black sesame base is perfectly complemented with a rich salted caramel centre and to wrap the snow skin mooncake range off, is their Choco Hazelnut with its crushed roasted hazel-nut centre, that is crunchy and delicious.

For the more traditional at heart, TCC also has a range of delicious baked mooncakes that include premium lotus paste combined with crunchy melon seeds and a very creamy salted egg yolk, both of which are made with less sugar, allowing you to enjoy this delightful treat, without the guilt.

The mooncakes are presented in a beautiful tin which was inspired by Miss Angel Png’s ‘Celebration’ – artwork from the TCC x NAFA Savour The Arts display Season II that provides the mastery of exclusive and complex artistic codes to the design and makes for a wonderful gift.

These delectable mooncakes are available from 17 August till 24 September 2018 at all tcc Art Bou-tique Caffès, Kuvo – a lifestyle concept by tcc, and at retail booths located within shopping malls island-wide such as Takashimaya, Nex, VivoCity, Tampines Mall, just to name a few.
