To mark this sweet milestone, and in honour of Singapore’s 60th birthday, Subway has teamed up with national icon Uncle Chieng’s ice cream cart to bring us a limited-edition nostalgic treat: the Subway Pandan Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich.
This delightful dessert pairs creamy raspberry ripple ice cream with a soft pandan cookie and a touch of toasted coconut flakes — a playful nod to classic ice cream sandwiches of the past, reimagined with a local twist.
