I’ll admit it—I’m a berry fiend. Whether it’s topping my morning yogurt, blended into a smoothie, or just eaten straight from the punnet, berries are a staple in my fridge. And when it comes to the best berries in town, Driscoll’s is my go-to. Their blackberries, in particular, are my die-die-must-have. They’re the ultimate treat: juicy, plump, and bursting with sweetness.
So when I heard that Driscoll’s was collaborating with Singapore’s beloved Tiong Bahru Bakery (TBB) on a berry-inspired seasonal menu, I knew I had to try it. Let me just say this is one of the most enjoyable food collaborations I’ve had in a long time.
A Berry Sweet Collaboration
Running from now till April 30, 2025, the Driscoll’s x Tiong Bahru Bakery collaboration brings a taste of spring to all 20 TBB locations across Singapore. The limited-time menu showcases Driscoll’s raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries in four carefully crafted treats. Each bite is designed to highlight the natural sweetness and flavour of these premium berries, and trust me, they do not disappoint.
The Blackberry, Lemon Curd Cruffin was an instant favourite. The flaky, buttery layers of croissant pastry were filled with rich blackberry confit and a zesty lemon curd, finished with a delicate lemon glaze and topped with a luscious Driscoll’s blackberry. The balance of sweet and tart was divine.
Next, the Raspberry Matcha Tart was a visual and flavourful masterpiece. A sablée tart shell cradled a matcha tea-soaked sponge, topped with a generous swirl of matcha and white chocolate chantilly, all crowned with perfectly ripe raspberries. The contrast between the earthy matcha and the bright, tangy raspberries made for an elegant and satisfying dessert.
For éclair lovers, the Red Berry Éclair is a must-try. TBB’s classic éclair was taken to the next level with a filling of raspberry, blackberry, and blueberry confit, layered with vanilla chantilly and studded with berries. A touch of lime zest brought everything together with a refreshing pop.
Finally, to wash it all down, the Blueberry, Vanilla, Kaffir Lime Soda was a light and refreshing drink made with homemade blueberry and vanilla cordial, topped with soda and infused with kaffir lime. It was the perfect thirst-quencher for Singapore’s perpetual summer.

Berries With A Purpose
Beyond just tasting amazing, these berries pack a serious nutritional punch. Driscoll’s has spent decades perfecting their varieties through natural breeding methods, ensuring their berries are not just consistently sweet but also full of health benefits.
Raspberries are rich in flavonoids that support overall health, blackberries contain anthocyanins that help reduce inflammation, and blueberries are known for their antioxidants that aid heart health and even support night vision.
Catch It Before It’s Gone!
Tiong Bahru Bakery has always been about bringing joy through delicious, high-quality bakes, and this collaboration truly embodies that mission. Each item in the Driscoll’s x Tiong Bahru Bakery collection brings out the natural sweetness of the berries in a way that’s both indulgent and satisfying. If you’re a berry lover like me—or even if you just enjoy a good pastry—you won’t want to miss this.
