My Creative Factory (MCF) is a startup that works with customers. They create unique songs (and videos) that share personal stories, feelings, or something fun. You decide!
Yajur, the founder, who has been playing music since the age of three, explains:
“I would like to think of us as musical translators. Through understanding the unique stories shared with us by our clients, we understand the musical information that can be personalised to each client in terms of the words, the chords, and the instruments. We want to help clients tell their stories and express their emotions to truly strike a chord with their special someone with a uniquely-yours song.”
How Does It Work?
The magic begins with a phone or video call on WhatsApp. You discuss the genre of music you would like. You also discuss what you would like the song to be about and perhaps a bit about the recipient. Here is where you really share what you hope to say with your song. You also share the feelings you wish to reveal or invoke.
With this inspiration in hand, the team gets to work. The ingenious souls at My Creative Factory are musicians and music students. They come from all over the globe with a passion for songwriting. They take your thoughts and intentions and weave them into a unique and impactful song.
The first phase is the creation of lyrics inspired by your initial discussion. During this process, you will receive updates and opportunities to provide input or suggest changes. If you have specific words or phrases you wish to have included, be sure to share them.
Next up, the melody is created to work with your requested lyrics and vibe. When your song is complete, it will be professionally recorded before being delivered to you. You can also create a music video with photos or clips you provide; how awesome is that!
A critical factor in this endeavour is allowing enough time for the process to unfold. My Creative Factory prioritises getting your song to you promptly. If your needs require extra modifications, you must allow a day or two to be added to the process.
This kind of gift-giving is not off-the-shelf. If you have left things to the last minute, I’m afraid you will need to go the old-fashioned route. You will have to buy a run-of-the-mill gift.
