Burger & Lobster and Champagne Telmont are collaborating to offer a carefully crafted Christmas buffet in honour of the season of giving. The Burger & Lobster branches at the Raffles Hotel and Changi Jewel Airport will provide a variety of seasonal treats in addition to effervescent concoctions that should not be missed.

Get ready for a champagne-popping, fizz-flowing adventure. In order to create the Champagne Lobster Roll ($44++), Burger & Lobster’s culinary team collaborated with Telmont and used the best Champagne Telmont. This celebratory version of the well-known original lobster roll, which is offered all throughout December, is topped with caviar for added richness and served with a butter sauce that has been infused with Champagne Telmont.

So enjoy either the Champagne Telmont Réserve Brut ($25++ per glass or $120++ per bottle) or Champagne Réserve Rosé ($120++ per bottle), or both (after all it is Christmas) to wash down the rich and lusciously decadent roll.

Visit their branch at Raffles Hotel on 24th, 25th, 31st December and 1st January 2023, and begin your three-course Christmas & New Year Set Menu ($85++)with a Butternut Squash Lobster Bisque with garlic toast to soak up all the flavour, followed by sampling of all-time favourites with the B&L Signature Tasting Platter.

This platter features a mini Mayfair Burger and mini Lobster Roll, a half lobster either grilled or steamed, alongside a choice of fries or salad and Burger & Lobster’s signature lemon and garlic butter. Dessert is a comforting Homemade Bread & Butter Pudding, baked with nuts and black raisins and served with vanilla cream and a drizzle of salted caramel sauce.

The bartending maestros at B&L Raffles Hotel have worked their mixology magic this holiday season. Be sure to ask for the Letter to Santa ($22++) Made with Black Tears Spices Rum, Salted Caramel, Champagne Telmont and Citrus, for a nutty, sweet and refreshing beverage for both the naughty and nice. Our favourite and a definite must-have is the B&L Eggnog ($22++), a decadently creamy and delectable tipple infused with Wild Turkey Straight Bourbon, Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac, Butterscotch, Milk and Cream.
