In an exclusive month-long collaboration, the brand has teamed up with Coriander Leaf to create a limited-time menu that celebrates berries in bold, unexpected ways. Designed in the restaurant’s signature “Addictively Asian” style, the dishes reinterpret the natural sweetness and lively acidity of Driscoll’s finest berries across savoury plates, seasonal favourites and refreshing holiday drinks.

Available from now to 31st December at Coriander Leaf @ Craig, the special menu features a trio of dishes and beverages ($38++) that place Driscoll’s raspberries, blueberries and blackberries in the spotlight.

Each course offers a different perspective on these winter jewels, beginning with the Sesame Shrimp Crudo, a sophisticated, chilled starter that leans into the brightness of raspberry. The dish layers a refreshing raspberry-lime sorbet over delicately pickled raspberries, paired with locally farmed The Dot Shrimp, crisp daikon and a fragrant tomato-lemongrass jus. Every element works in harmony, balancing clean sweetness, gentle acidity and an unmistakable sense of freshness.

The main course brings warmth and comfort to the table. The Bincho Grilled Chicken Breast showcases blueberries and blackberries through a generous medley of sweet and savoury notes. Tender grilled chicken is stuffed with a blackberry-apple reduction, complemented by a tangy blueberry salsa and finished with a ginger and five-spice hazelnut crumble.
