Singapore’s culinary landscape is set to be transformed as the Flavours of Tomorrow Festival makes its much-anticipated return from April 25 to 27, 2025, at Geneo in Singapore Science Park. Running daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., this pioneering event invites attendees to explore the forefront of alternative cuisine and sustainable food innovations.​

The festival boasts an impressive lineup of plant-forward food booths, each offering unique meat-free alternatives. Highlights include:​

  • Goodburger’s renowned meatless burgers.​
  • Shandi Global’s proprietary plant-based shawarmas.​
  • Jammy’s Gelato’s vegan and keto-friendly treats.​
  • Kind Bowl’s distinctive walnut pâté banh mi.​
  • 8Degrees’ herbivore-inspired versions of their popular braised beef and pork rice bowls.​

Sustainable Shopping & Innovative Eats

Beyond gastronomic experiences, the festival features a sustainable retail market with over 20 booths showcasing eco-friendly products ranging from clothing to household items. Attendees can also sample groundbreaking food innovations such as Tom Yum Crickets, cacao-free milk chocolate, and Singapore’s own home-grown strawberries.​

Engaging Activities & Live Entertainment

The festival offers more than just food. Visitors can enjoy live chef demonstrations by Chef Joyce of WakaMama and Chef Schira Hassan, as well as insightful presentations by food innovators, on April 26 and 27. 

Industry-focused talks curated by BLOCK71 and Innovate360 will delve into topics like functional drinks, food innovation, and sustainability in F&B on April 25. Adding to the vibrant atmosphere, local bands such as EH Bandits and NoonBeat will provide live performances throughout the event.​

Organized by CapitaLand’s Singapore Science Park in collaboration with Innovate 360 and BLOCK71, an initiative by NUS Enterprise, the festival aligns with Singapore’s “30 by 30” food sustainability goal. It aims to showcase advancements in the food scene while emphasizing sustainability. As Mr. Chew Peet Mun, Managing Director of Investment and Development at CapitaLand Development (Singapore), stated, “the festival provides a platform for food tech startups and culinary innovators to connect with industry peers and introduce their innovations to the public“. ​

Sean Mak, Chief Operating Officer of Innovate 360, emphasized the festival’s role in “making alternative food choices more accessible and appealing, aiming to demonstrate that sustainable options can be both practical and delectable“. ​
