If you are craving a burger, be sure to pop into Burger King from now until the 4th of July, and get one of their giant social-distancing crowns free! Do bear in mind however that these fun crowns are only available at select stores and stocks are limited, so don’t just barge into any outlet and traumatise the wait-staff.

After weeks of lockdown, the fast food chain has chosen to embrace the ‘new normal’ by encouraging its customers to adopt the oversized headgear as a fun way to social-distance while dining in.

These fun social distancing crowns are designed to extend far enough off the wearer’s head to so that even when two people wear it, they are always one meter apart from each other.

Customers who wear their social distancing crowns at any BURGER KING® restaurants from 11am daily between 25 June – 4 July, will be eligible for a 1-for-1 WHOPPER® deal. A do-it- yourself crown will also be available for download here.

Before you run down to your nearest BK, do note that entry will be limited and a number of safeguarding measures like table top separators, counter shields, kiosk separators and booth dividers have been implemented.
