The new house-made Thai-inspired dressing consists of key ingredients such as Thai chillies, roasted peanuts, and refreshing lime; giving it a nutty, sweet and sour flavour, and
that hint of spiciness and umami kick when drizzled atop the Yu Sheng.

For a more traditional flavour, opt for Din Tai Fung’s classic sweet and tangy Auspicious Plum Dressing 吉祥酸梅酱. A tradition at Din Tai Fung, the Prosperity Smoked Salmon Yu Sheng is served with twirls of white
radish; carrots; and crispy yam strips for a satisfying crunch; and accompanied with fresh pomelo pulp, topped with Norwegian smoked salmon.

Add an extra touch of prosperity to your Yu Sheng with delectable ‘Top-ups’, including the all-time favourite Fried Salmon Skin (S$4.80 per serving), and Pine Nuts (S$2.80 per serving).
