Seafood and especially crab lovers are in for a treat! Spice Brasserie has introduced an exciting line up of their fan favourites, with their all-you-can-eat seafood buffet – bigger and even better than before!
Expect the freshest catches that include popular crab dishes, scallops, slipper lobster, seabass, prawns, and so much more.
Oh Crab, it’s Back! Seafood Buffet is available for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays and dinner on Fridays to Sundays, only until 16 August 2019.
The lunch buffet boasts an unlimited serving of the restaurant’s signature dishes, like their Stir Fried Slipper Lobster in Black Bean Sauce and Chili Crab with Mantou. The dinner buffet will offer a feast for crab lovers with their fiery Black Pepper Crab and possibly the most creamiest and fragrant Salted Egg Crab that we have ever tasted.
A wide range of seafood on ice that includes Whole Sea Whelk, Black Mussel, Marinated Stone Crab Claw, Seasoned Jelly Fish, Baby Lobster, Scallops on Shell, Marinated Clams and more await.
Don’t forget to try the Salmon, Tuna, Hamachi and Swordfish sashimi, and witness the art of making sushi and maki at the Japanese live station counter.
Other than for the wide variety of seafood, there were also popular hot dishes like the Slow Roast Beef with Gravy, Steamed Whole Seabass Hong Kong Style and XO Seafood Bee Hoon. And no buffet is complete with dessert and they didn’t disappoint, with mouth water delights like their Durian Pengat with Sticky Rice, Pulut Hitam, and Dark Chocolate Truffle.
We loved their DIY mocktail bar with its free-flow of DIY mocktails. It was good fun concocting our own drinks and playing around with their pretty wide selection of sodas and flavoured syrups, condiments and toppings.
You have until the 16th August 2019 to partake in this delicious buffet at the Spice Brasserie. The buffet is priced at SGD48 per adult and SGD24 per child for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays, and SGD58 per adult and SGD29 per child for dinner on Fridays to Sundays.
