Congratulations on surviving half the June holidays with the kids.If you are already running out of ideas to entertain the progeny, you will be really happy (and relieved) to know that Kiztopia just opened at Marina Square.

Kiztopia, Singapore’s latest innovative edutainment park, opened its doors last week at Marina Square.

The indoor playground has a wide variety of exciting experiences suitable for children aged 12 years and below and is themed around its own Intellectual Property (IP) registered characters.

This massive 18,000 square foot space is packed to the brim with fun experiences and is the biggest edutainment playground in Singapore thats housed within a shopping mall, and was built on the concept of interactive learning through active play.

18 Zones of educational play

The indoor playground is divided into 18 different play areas with each play zone designed with a specific learning objective in mind, in a bid to encourage the little ones to cultivate their social, emotional and motor skills.

Built on the philosophy of “Play to Learn, Learn through Play”, kids can participate in an indoor driving school, play dress up in the role play rooms and experience Augmented Reality (AR) studios with arts and sports content. There are also function rooms that can be used to host birthday parties.

The playground also runs a “Learn-through-Play” Program which is an extensive range of educational programmes and activities curated by a team of professional trainers.

The classes are open to the public but will only start in August 2019. The class line-up includes rhythmic gymnastics classes, music and movement, speech and drama, cooking classes, phonics and reading, visual arts, science and robotics.

Spacious and Well-lit Café

From a parent’s point of view, the well-lit and spacious themed café is a life saver. You can have a cuppa (or three) and some peace and quiet, while the kids keep themselves occupied.

The Café Bell’s Pantrý was not ready when we visited during the media preview but I was told it will be up and running by the time the playground is opened.

No processed junk food

Health conscious parents will be glad to know that the cafe menu includes healthier, nutritional dishes that are freshly and organically prepared from scratch at the in-house kitchen, so no processed junk food!

The menu includes Smoked Salmon, Eggs Benedict, Mac n’ Cheese and Stacked Pancakes etc.

An adult can enter free with each admission pass. Single Entrance tickets ranging from $28.00 – $48.00, depending on the duration of play.

To foster parent-child bonding, each admission pass accounts for the admission of one child and also one adult.

Early bird promo now on

From now until mid-July 2019, Kiztopia is offering early-bird and grand opening promotions for all Single Entrance tickets, 15-times Admission tickets, and Annual Passes.

Kiztopia also offers event and birthday party packages that allows families, schools and even organisations to host events within Kiztopias own function rooms.

I have absolutely no sense of directions and found the playground a little hard to locate. Marina Square is quite a big place so if it is going to be your first time there and you don’t know the place well, I recommend that you call the friendly staff ahead of time to get some idea on how to get there.

Kiztopia is located at Marina Square (#01-09 to 15, #01-26 to 29
