Love to eat but can’t stand the hassle of long queues or slow waitstaff? Then go to the appstore and download FAVE asap! The company just announced that by simply scanning a QR code with their app, diners will be directed to a menu on their own mobile phone where they can pick, place and pay for their orders using Favepay.

For consumers, the new service “Table Ordering” enables them to skip the queues, or the effort of having to flag down waitstaff to take their orders and bring over the bill.

Table Ordering allows F&B merchants to leverage on technology to make their operations less labour intensive, particularly when presented with tighter foreign worker policies and the prevailing labour crunch in the services sector

Since its pilot in April 2019, over 50 F&B merchants in Singapore and Malaysia have signed up for Table Ordering, including well-known brands like Gelare, Paulaner Brauhaus, Saboten and Tingkat Peranakan in Singapore and Naughty Nuri’s, LOCO TTDI and Murni in Malaysia. The number of participants is expected to grow exponentially by the year’s end.

This new service aims to give the diners, a hassle-free option to order conveniently and cashlessly at their tables via their smartphones.
