If you’re the kind of person who likes to make a statement with their sneakers then look no further, because as soon as you hit the streets wearing this pair, you’ll definitely be standing out from the crowd!

Chinese creative agency CLOT, (founded by Hong Kong superstar Edison Chen, who not satisfied with just being an actor and musician, is also a fashion designer) – has already had several successful collaborations with Nike Sportswear.

Now they’re at it again, and this time they’ve really hit the ball out of the park. This new incarnation of the VaporMax comes in bright crimson colourway and sports a crimson red-based Flyknit upper with black accents and “CLOT” branding on the tongue.

Adding contrast to the crimson is various black detailing throughout the shoe, and this beast’s under-carriage is supported by the famous external Air Unit midsole that provides extreme cushioning and support.

The whole package offers a unique take on what is currently Nike’s most popular silhouette.

With a release date set for July 28th, 2017 the CLOT x Nike Air VaporMax will retail for approx. US$200. They’re bound to be an instant sellout, so I’d start making your reservations now!

However – if like me your tastes are a little more… subtle, you may prefer to hold out for the super-stylish Nike Hyperdunk 2017 Low.

Fashioned after the Flyknit Basketball original, this model goes back to the basics with olive green leather,  embossed ‘Swoosh’ branding and rounded-off with a classic gum sole.

This laid-back version of the Hyperdunk 2017 could just as easily be matched with a pair of straight-cut jeans as a pair of gym shorts. No official release date yet release but sure to be dropping very soon.
