While many brands settle for a generic discount code, UNIQLO prefers to throw a full-scale celebration. The brand’s highly anticipated, bi-annual Thank You Festival is making its return from 22 to 28 May, bringing a packed itinerary of exclusive drops, high-fashion collaborations, and a distinctly Singaporean culinary twist to storefronts across the island.

At its core, the festival is designed as a pause button, a moment for the retailer to express genuine appreciation to the community that has woven LifeWear into the fabric of their daily routines.

As our biggest event of the year, the Thank You Festival is when we go all out with our best offers, prizes and in-store celebrations to thank our customers,” says Paulene Ong, Marketing Director of UNIQLO Singapore. “Rooted in gratitude, it reflects our commitment to creating LifeWear that enriches everyday life.”

For shoppers, this gratitude translates into serious wardrobe upgrades. This season marks the brand’s most ambitious limited-offer roster to date, slashing prices on 35 signature LifeWear pieces, 13 of which are seeing exclusive discounts for the very first time.

Among the headline deals are summer staples crafted for the tropical heat, including the Men’s Premium Linen Long-Sleeve Shirt and the breezy Women’s UNIQLO and JW ANDERSON Denim Shorts. Daily essentials are also getting a look-in; the famously forgiving Men’s EZY Ultra Stretch Jeans are on offer alongside the ubiquitous Women’s Mini T, which drops to a festival-exclusive price of just $9.90.

A Taste of Nostalgia: The Chatterbox Partnership

UNIQLO has long championed local culture through its customisable UTme! t-shirt platform, but its latest partnership leans heavily into Singapore’s true national obsession: food.

Launching on the first day of the festival (22 May), the brand is debuting a collaboration with Chatterbox, the legendary local dining institution that has been serving up comfort food at the Mandarin Orchard (now Hilton Singapore Orchard) since 1971.

The collection features six exclusive graphic designs that pay whimsical homage to Chatterbox’s most celebrated dishes. From the internationally acclaimed Mandarin Chicken Rice to the decadent Lobster Laksa, the wearable art pieces serve as a nostalgic, stylish nod to the hawker-inspired flavours that define the local palate.

High Fashion Meets High Manga

Beyond the discounts, the festival period serves as a launchpad for two massive, highly contrasting collection drops that cater to vastly different corners of pop culture.

First up on 18 May is a treat for the otaku community. The brand is releasing 10 brand-new designs under the MANGA UT SHUEISHA 100th Collection. Expect fresh, wearable tributes to iconic shonen franchises including NarutoOne Piece, and the wildly popular Sakamoto Days.

Then, on 22 May, the tone shifts from anime panels to avant-garde runways. Local style enthusiasts will be among the first in the world to get their hands on the UNIQLO and Cecilie Bahnsen Spring/Summer 2026 Collection.

Operating under the theme “Shapes of Poetry,” the debut collaboration blends the Danish designer’s signature ethereal romanticism, voluminous silhouettes, and couture-level craftsmanship with UNIQLO’s hyper-focus on fabric technology and everyday comfort. The full poetic range will be stocked exclusively at the Jewel Changi Airport, Orchard Central Global Flagship, and ION Orchard outlets, as well as the official online store.

In-Store Perks and Festive Spin-to-Wins

To sweeten the deal, the brick-and-mortar shopping experience is getting a festive upgrade. Customers who hit a minimum spend of $100 either in-store or online will walk away with a complimentary, minimalist UNIQLO Lunch Bag, available in four distinct colourways while stocks last.

Furthermore, tapping into the nostalgic charm of Japanese shopping arcades, patrons who complete their $100 purchase using a DBS or POSB card in-store will earn a turn at a traditional, “sure-win” Garapon spinning wheel. Prizes are virtually guaranteed, ranging from a handy $10 return voucher to a hefty $100 gift card to fund the next wardrobe haul. (Note: The Garapon wheels will be spinning at all locations island-wide, with the sole exception of the Changi Airport Terminal 1 outlet).
