What struck us first was the crust. Domino’s freshly baked hand-tossed base tasted absolutely delicious, fresh, chewy and wonderfully hearty. It had that satisfying oven-baked aroma and flavour that anchors every bite and makes the toppings shine even brighter. Paired with the creamy Italian carbonara sauce brushed with garlic spread, each slice felt like the best of both worlds: familiar, comforting and elevating the classic Domino’s experience.
La Carbonara Pizza arrives in three indulgent creations, each designed to satisfy a different craving. For those who enjoy a savoury punch, the Cheesy Beef Carbonara from the Classics range offers a flavourful mix of ground beef, streaky beef, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and black pepper. It’s bold, hearty and deeply satisfying.
If you gravitate towards something gentler and nostalgic, the Chicken Carbonara from the All Time Favourite category delivers pure comfort. Tender chicken pepperoni pairs beautifully with the creamy carbonara base, creating a balanced bite that feels instantly homey.
But the standout for meat lovers is undoubtedly the Three Meats Carbonara from the First Class range. Loaded with chicken pepperoni, ground beef and streaky beef, this version is a full-bodied medley of savoury richness. Combined with melty mozzarella and an extra touch of velvety cheese, every bite lands with lush, creamy depth.
Domino’s is also rounding out the experience with something sweet. The new Classic Chunky Cookies arrive as a warm, freshly baked box of four, soft, chewy and brimming with imported melty chocolate chips. Crispy at the edges and gooey at the centre, these cookies are an ideal finale after a creamy carbonara feast. Customers can add them on for $6.90, or purchase them à la carte for $8.90.
