This upscale transformation introduces a fresh, modern twist to the traditional flavours of everyday Hong Kong, offering an elevated dining experience that is both innovative and authentic.
A Modern Take On Cantonese Classics
Tim Ho Wan PEAK expands beyond its signature dim sum to include an impressive array of Cantonese roasts, hot mains, and cooked dishes, satisfying all your cravings for Hong Kong’s best flavours.
The restaurant’s new menu is the result of a collaborative effort led by Chef Mak and his team of seasoned chefs from Hong Kong, who have combined their culinary expertise to create inspiring and mouthwatering new dishes.
Cantonese Roasts Galore
The highlight of the menu is undoubtedly the Cantonese roasts, meticulously crafted by traditional roast masters with over 30 years of experience. These dishes promise a comprehensive taste of Hong Kong’s rich culinary heritage:
- BBQ Spanish Pork $22.80: Made from premium pork collar, this dish features succulent, richly marbled meat. The traditional double roasting technique ensures a tender texture inside and a beautifully charred exterior. Coated multiple times with malt sugar, the result is a sweet-caramelized finish with smoky flavours.
- Cherry Valley Crispy Roast Duck $26.80: This dish boasts juicy meat marinated with Chinese herbs and spices, all enveloped in a crispy skin that delivers an addictive crunch with every bite.
- Soy Sauce Chicken $20.80: This classic dish is infused with umami-rich soy sauce, creating tender, juicy meat that’s packed with flavour from skin to bone.
Innovative New Dishes
Tim Ho Wan PEAK also redefines Cantonese cuisine with a medley of traditional and contemporary recipes. Classic dishes are reimagined with modern renditions and techniques, prepared à la minute:
- Signature Baked Creamy Stuffed Crab Shell $32.00: Deshelled crab meat is mixed with a Hong Kong-style white cream sauce and various cheeses, stuffed back into a crab shell, and baked to golden perfection.
- Pacific Lobster Crispy Noodles with Black Bean Sauce $42.00: Fresh lobster claw meat is paired with traditional Hong Kong crispy noodles, complemented by the robust, earthy notes of black bean sauce.
- Cherry Valley Duck Fried Risoni Pasta $24.00: Roasted duck meat is wok-tossed with al dente risoni pasta over high heat, infusing a light smoky aroma and savoury duck essence.
