I enjoyed my short test with Zerest Audio KAGAMI True Wireless Earbuds, especially when it comes to performance and comfort. During this review period, I used it while on the move a lot and in crowded buses, testing its durability, sound quality, comfort and overall experience.
One of the most critical features of any earbuds is their sound quality, and the Zerest Audio KAGAMI is quite good. Equipped with high-fidelity audio drivers, these earbuds deliver a rich and immersive sound experience.
The bass is deep and punchy, without overwhelming the mids and highs, which remain clear and crisp. Whether you’re listening to classical music, rock, or podcasts, the earbuds provide a balanced and detailed sound that enhances your audio enjoyment. I wasn’t able to take a call during this review session, but recording audio when outside was clear enough, though I doubt I’ll be recording music when on the go.
Noise Reduction
The KAGAMI earbuds utilise Passive Noise Cancellation (PNC) technology to block out unwanted ambient sounds. While on the bus, the noise cancellation worked well and I was able to listen to podcasts despite the noise.
It is on par, at least, with the new Google Pixel Buds Pro. The PNC works seamlessly, providing a quiet bubble that lets you focus on your audio.
Battery Life
With up to eight hours of continuous playback on a single charge, these earbuds can easily get you through a long day of use. The compact charging case provides an additional 32 hours of battery life, which is useful and there’s a convenient carry case which you can clip to your bag. The fast charging capabilities look good, but longer testing is necessary to see how it holds up.
Performance On The Move
The ergonomic design ensures a secure and comfortable fit, preventing the earbuds from falling out during vigorous activities like running or working out. The IPX5 water resistance rating protects the earbuds from sweat and light rain, making them ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. Connectivity is stable and robust, thanks to the latest Bluetooth 5.3 technology, which provides a seamless connection with minimal latency.
I would score it a 9/10. The KAGAMI earbuds are an affordable at $149 and quality option for those looking for buds.
